The Soaring Eagle Bazaar is a chance to promote your business, sell your products, meet local families, connect with the Sharon community, and support Sharon Middle School students and PTO-funded programs.
Student entrepreneurs are welcomed. Student vendors are invited to apply to sell handmade items, crafts, art, baked goods, or other school-appropriate products. A parent/guardian must submit or approve the application and be present during the event.
How do I apply? Can I apply as part of a group?
The application must be submitted online (coming soon). Please submit one application for each business. Vendor spaces are limited and will be reviewed to ensure a diverse and engaging marketplace experience.
What is on the application?
- Contact information
- Business information
- Vendor type
- Product information and approximate price
- Vendor agreement
- Payment information
What if I decide to sign-up now and after my application is accepted, I want to cancel last minute, will the application fee be refunded?
No, once the application is accepted, there is no refund. We have limited booth space. Please note, we accept applications on first come first serve basis and there are vendors who may be denied and waitlisted if the number of businesses reaches its max.
How will the event be set up?
- This will be an outdoor event at the Sharon Middle School with booths. Each business will be given a 8ft x 8ft booth space.
- The PTO will have 10 tables available upon request when the application form is submitted (1 table per application). Table availability is limited and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- There will be no access to electricity.
- We recommend bringing a canopy.
